We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how our return and refund process works:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, dust bag, and packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

After 14 days, items are only covered under our Restore & Repair Warranty (no returns/refunds).
2. Full Price Items

✅ Eligible for refunds or exchanges.

✅ FREE return shipping included.
3. Sale Items

Eligible for store credit only (minus a $16 return shipping fee).

❌ Not eligible for refunds.

Final Sale: Items discounted by 40% or more (including “50% OFF Flash Sales”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 14 days (timing depends on your bank/credit card).

Items missing original packaging, dust bag, or accessories will not be approved.
5. Exchanges

Damaged or faulty items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Full Price Items: Free return label provided.

Sale Items: Return shipping fee ($16) deducted from store credit.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Delivery & Shipping Info

USA: 3–6 business days (free), or 2–3 business days (expedited for a fee).

Australia: 5–8 business days.

International: Delivery times vary and may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties (responsibility of recipient).
If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, a $30 re-dispatch fee applies.
